Beverley McClure draws upon a diverse career of over three decades with the world-renowned customer service champion and Fortune 200 financial services company, USAA. During her tenure there, she progressed from front-line employee to a variety of senior vice president positions in staff and multiple line-of-business operations, geographically dispersed across multi-site domestic and international locations.This unique experience enables her to provide her clients with “real-world” experiences and executable customer and employee-focused strategies designed to produce desired performance and results.Beverley specializes in leadership excellence, operational execution, change leadership, service culture creation, and customer experience and relationship development.
Education and Professional Affiliations:
Beverley received her undergraduate degree at Texas State University and completed the Wharton Advanced Executive Education Program. She holds the professional insurance designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Fellow of the Life Management institute (FLMI). She is a certified professional coach through the International Coaching Federation(ICF), and is certified in the Energy Leadership and Lominger Leadership Assessments.
