Bob is an experienced executive and professional consultant with a successful track record of improving organizational performance and implementing complex change in organizations from under 500 employees to Fortune 100 companies through guiding and supporting cross-functional teams from development of strategy to the implementation of information and results-driven, performance improvement projects covering structure, process, technology and team effectiveness, and the change management needed to succeed.

Education:

Bob holds his Bachelors degree from UCLA, and both MBA and MS degrees from USC, and has worked for such firms as PricewaterhouseCoopers, J.D. Power and Associates, Sony, Capitol Industries, Blue Cross, and Union Bank.
