Cindy is a strong leader with 30 years experience in operations management, change leadership and performance consulting.  She has special expertise in driving leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness for large systems integrations. She is recognized for effective interpersonal skills, development of people, and ability to draw out viable strategic and operational solutions to complex problems in diverse groups.  Industry experience includes key management positions with Mobil in the gas liquids, chemicals and plastics divisions as well as manufacturing and quality assurance positions in the steel industry.
