Sanjay Ralhan
Research Director
Sanjay joined our team in 2009. He brings with him more than 10 years of experience in marketing research, advertising and brand management. Sanjay is responsible for project management, research survey design, analysis and reporting.
Prior to moving to Houston, Sanjay worked at J. D. Power and Associates’ headquarters in Los Angeles, where as a senior manager in the Automotive Retail Practice, he oversaw the publication of multiple industry benchmark studies and managed other proprietary research projects.
Sanjay brings an international perspective to our team. He has a master’s degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and has worked in account management and planning at J. Walter Thompson, Mumbai and at the Singapore office of J.D. Power and Associates managing client accounts and customer satisfaction studies across several Southeast Asian markets.
