2022 Energy Transition Survey
Sponsored by Endeavor Management

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Entry does not require a substantial expenditure of time or effort. Entrants do not risk or buy anything in order to have a chance to win.

ENTRY: Promotion begins July 1, 2022 at 12:00 am Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends at 11:59 P.M. PST on September 30, 2022. Endeavor Management will accept online entries via the Official Entry Form received by 11:59 P.M. PST on September 30, 2021.

All entries become the property of Endeavor Management and will not be returned or acknowledged. The Sponsors are not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network server or other connection, miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled, or misdirected transmissions, or late, lost, damaged, or postage-due mail or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. Incorrect, incomplete, mutilated, multiple, late, and any other type of defective entry whatsoever will be automatically disqualified.

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operations of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such Entrant from the Promotion. In the event the Promotion becomes technically corrupted in any way or is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors (which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion), Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify subsequent electronic entries, but to continue the Promotion with all mail-in entries and previously received valid electronic entries.

ELIGIBILITY: All residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia are eligible to enter and win, except employees and immediate family members of the Sponsors, their parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and production agencies, and any other persons involved with this Promotion. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted. Governed by and subject to all U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Eligibility of residents outside the United States is subject to the laws of that country.

PRIZES: Three (3) prizes will be awarded. The total value of all prizes guaranteed to be awarded is approximately: $300. Winner(s) may not substitute or transfer a prize. Each prize is a one (1) Amazon Gift card in the amount of $100 each. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if Prize is unavailable. One (1) prize per household. Prize is not redeemable for cash.

ODDS OF WINNING: There will be a total number of three (3) winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible online and mail-in entries received.

WINNERS: Winners will be determined in a random electronic drawing on September 30, 2022, or shortly thereafter, from all valid entries received. Winners will be selected by computer program. Winners will be notified by email if provided. If a Prize Notification Letter is returned as undeliverable by email, it will result in disqualification, Sponsors will conduct a new random drawing thereby selecting an Alternate Winner, and the corresponding prize will be awarded to the Alternate Winner. This process shall continue until either all prizes have been awarded or no valid entries remain.

At the sole discretion of the Sponsors, winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of date printed on the Prize Notification Letter or he/she will be disqualified and an Alternate Winner will be selected as described above. Winners may be required to provide their social security numbers and/or tax identification numbers. Winners must meet all criteria in these Rules or face forfeiture of Prizes based upon the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Except where prohibited by law, Entry constitutes express permission to use winners’ names, likenesses, hometowns, and prizes won for promotional purposes without further compensation. However, acceptance of a prize is not conditioned on Endeavor Management’s ability to use winners’ names.

DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Prizes will be sent by e-mail within approximately four-six (4-6) weeks after the date of the drawing. Two (2) email notifications will be made for which Sponsors will bear the cost. If a Winner has not received Prize within six (6) weeks of the date on the Prize Notification Letter, Winner may contact Fulfillment Manager, Endeavor Management, to determine status of delivery. Winners who contact Endeavor Management by telephone and reside outside of the local calling area may incur a long distance charge for their call. The winner is responsible for all taxes and duties. If a prize is undeliverable for any reason whatsoever, the Winner must contact Sponsors to arrange for redelivery at Winner’s expense within two (2) weeks of the last delivery attempt or forfeit the prize. If, after two weeks from the date on the Prize Notification E-mail, a Winner cannot be located, contacted, or fails to arrange for redelivery of a prize, that Winner forfeits the prize. In case of forfeiture, an Alternate Winner will be selected by the process described above.

LIABILITY/WARRANTY/RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: By entering this Promotion, all entrants agree that all prizes are awarded upon the express condition that the Sponsors and their respective agencies or employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Promotion, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Winners acknowledge that the Sponsors and all participating retailers concerned with this Promotion and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representations, guarantees, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness, or merchantability of any aspects of the Prizes. Sponsors expressly reserve the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes, or otherwise unforeseen circumstances, and Sponsors’ decision will be final. Sponsors expressly reserve the right to change or alter Rules at any time.

TAXES, LICENSES, AND OTHER CHARGES: Winners shall be solely responsible for payment, filing, and reporting of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations, insurance, or any other additional charges associated with Prizes. State and federal income and sales taxes may apply. Taxes and other fees may vary depending on Winner’s(s’) state of
residency.

VERIFICATION: For Winner’s names, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: 2022 Energy Transition Survey Drawing, Endeavor Management, 950 Echo Lane, Suite 200. Request for Winner’s name must be postmarked by September 30, 2021, and received no later than two (2) weeks thereafter.
