Creating Alignment Around Consistent Behaviors

This workshop will help your team further empathy with your customers. By reflecting on their functional and emotional needs, we organize your teams to set behaviors they will exhibit. These are often expressed as statement such as “we will always ______.”

This interaction achieves a high level of alignment and commitment.

The workshop typically includes:

  • Definition of the ideal customer-focused outcome (this is often defined by our research)
  • Statements of commitment to always deliver the behavior
  • Metrics to measure success
  • Personal action plan

We can provide additional training to further align and educate your teams around these behaviors. This includes best practices regarding 1:1 interactions as well as behavior changes required.

For more advanced situations, we also offer advanced team building exercises, especially across cross-functional teams.
