Marcos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience and success in healthcare strategy, brand, marketing, communications, analytics, and operations: 1) Principal author of health system-wide initial and subsequent strategic plans, led core mission, vision, and values renewals and strategic KPI monitoring, and managed multiple analytic and communicative aspects of strategic mergers and acquisitions. 2) Led first health system brand development and positioning, followed by engineering the enterprise-wide new brand launch, and achieved significant multi-year growth in brand awareness, top-of-mind recall, and consumer preference. 3) Led health system-wide omnichannel marketing campaigns driving awareness, recall, and consumer engagement, implemented Salesforce CRM health platform enabling digital campaign lead tracking and multi-million in attributable net revenue, and inaugurated executive and enterprise communications capabilities propelled by a new system-wide intranet. 4) Advanced and led enterprise-wide analytics and decision support team growth through new data model development and cloud-based software data warehouse solution, deployed system-wide Tableau data visualization capabilities and business strategic intelligence analytics. 5) Experienced successful line management of several large inpatient and outpatient clinical and support services, including ambulatory care, pharmacy, rehabilitation, and over two decades of annual multi-week assignments as administrator on-call for an entire academic medical center. 6) Active and experienced board member for multiple community-based organizations whose missions complemented and collaborated with a large, urban-based academic safety net health care system (CrossOver Healthcare Ministry, The Doorways, and Richmond Sports Backers.)
