With a robust career spanning over 30 years in the Managed Care arena, Ann has held pivotal roles such as Director of Network Development and Strategy and Director of Provider Network Development. Her responsibilities included strategic planning and implementation of provider networks and nationwide contracting for providers and payors. Ann’s negotiation experiences, encompassing capitation, Value-based reimbursement, and capital risk agreements, have solidified her as a lasting expert in managed care.
Ann’s academic journey is a testament to her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace University, a Nursing Diploma, and an active RN license in Ohio. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration and has also earned a certificate in the certification of public managers at Cleveland State University.
Ann’s medical orientation as a registered nurse brings a unique and intriguing perspective to the MCO. Her clinical background has given her unique insights into medical diagnosis and procedures, the actual delivery of medical care, and the operational aspects of provider systems.
