Curtis Rodgers

Curt has over 30 years of executive experience in water/wastewater treatment & reuse and spent the last 15 years co- leading the largest Water Authority by land mass in the State of Texas as Director of Utilities of Clear Lake City Water Authority (CLCWA). Curt has unique experience in Operating, Maintaining, and Managing a large Public Water and Wastewater System, Procurement, Customer Service & Training.
Curt was a leading member of a team of professionals that designed, funded and built the multi-million dollar “Exploration Green” Water Retention Project that gained front page attention by Municipal Sewer & Water Magazine in July of 2022.

During his tenure with CLCWA, Curtis oversaw the overhauling of all metering systems both residential and commercial with over eighteen thousand connections. He gained valuable experience in managing ground water and surface water systems with a pumping capacity of over 20 MGD while providing Class I effluent reuse water to outside customers including a Golf Course, University campus and Exploration Green. Curt worked on a regular basis with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), and is an active member with Texas Water Utilities Association (TWUA} and American Water Works Association {AWWA).

At Endeavor, Curt will work with water industry leaders to help them advance state-of-the-art solutions to optimize water usage, reuse and conservation. He looks forward to sharing his knowledge and experience with other water industry professionals in the municipal, industrial and commercial sectors.
