Rachel Lott

Rachel Lott is the Director of Healthcare Marketing & Communications at Endeavor, bringing over a decade of experience in strategic communications across rural healthcare, economic development, and public affairs. Prior to joining Endeavor, she served as Chief Communications Officer at Hillsdale Hospital, where her leadership in marketing, public relations, and community engagement helped increase patient revenue, launch new service lines, and position the hospital as a top workplace. She also co-hosted the nationally recognized Rural Health Rising podcast, amplifying the voices and challenges of rural healthcare leaders.
Rachel is a recipient of the Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development’s 2024 Rising Star Award and has served on multiple advisory panels for the Michigan Health & Hospital Association. She holds a master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a bachelor’s in Journalism-PR from Baylor University
