Department

A large regional health system disbanded the physician relations department. Under new leadership, a strategic, best-in-class physician relations function was needed. That’s where we stepped in.

Using the Rapid Roadmap Results process, Endeavor facilitated four onsite sessions, conducted in 2-hour sprints over two weeks. The work was supported remotely by physician relation experts on the Executives in Residence team.
