Nicole is an experienced marketing strategist for the healthcare industry, with almost a decade of experience leading experience mapping and branding engagements for healthcare systems around the country. She works with clients on experience management, marketing strategy, brand building, and training and development, has a passion for creating advocates out of customers through insight-based experience management. Nicole is certified by SHSMD in Healthcare Marketing Communications, has authored numerous white papers, and has led presentations and round tables at industry conferences. Prior to joining us, she was an instructor at Texas State University and worked with a non-profit organization to launch a large grant program.
