Bob Heilman has more than 27 years’ engineering experience including 23 years in the design, manufacture and installation of subsea equipment and associated systems for subsea developments in the North Sea, South China Sea, India, Brazil and GOM. He has 20 years working with actual equipment manufacturers in roles starting with design, testing and manufacture, to project engineering through to FEED. Four years as an Engineering Consultant which included work as the Lead Riser Fabrication and Installation Certified Verification Agent, CVA, for MMS/BOEMRE GOM, on SCRs, the first TTRs and FSHR.
