Chad is a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) and holder of the Merchant Mariner Credential “Offshore Installation Manager” for active ballast control floating offshore installations, including while engaged in drilling operations. He works on the front lines, where he can provide his firsthand knowledge and experience in support of day-to-day maintenance and production reliability. He has led and managed multiple high-performance teams where achievements yielded timely top quartile results. Chad conducts process analysis to identify efficiency gains and cost savings that produce meaningful results. Recently, he has implemented effective and efficient maintenance initiatives and processes in Argentina, Canada and the United States that produced robust and sustained value for the company.
