Richard is a Quality Assurance professional with more than 30 years of Quality Management and Supervisory experience, the last 25 of which has been primarily focused on large Oil & Gas projects, including deep water production platforms, LNG / LPG projects, and refinery upgrade expansions in both Upstream and Downstream environments inclusive of mechanical and civil construction activities. He is comfortable working for Operators or within EPC / EPCM Contractor organizations. He is proficient at working the Engineering and Equipment Procurement Quality aspects as well as the Major Fabrication / Construction aspects of a project, including Regulatory interfaces, systems and component / module Integration / Installation and Completions including Hand-over phases of the work. Richrd’s strengths include practicality during the planning / systematic and execution phases of Project Quality Management, Construction Quality Management, Certification Compliance and Inspection management.
