Stephen Allen is an analytical advisor with strong abilities in addressing large complex problems without losing sight of stakeholder and economic requirements. With over 25 years in the energy industry, his experience has spanned all phases of technical operations and projects, while leading teams made up of many different disciplines. Much of which has been spent evaluating, developing, and the commercialization of drilling technology. He was a key advisor on two industry leading projects, the Chevron Dual Gradient Drilling Project and BP’s Project20KTM. Stephen holds a BS in Maritime Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University. He also holds an MBA from the University of Houston.
