Bob has over 35 years of experience in engineering, design, project management, operations support, technology development and technology licensing/transfer with a major petrochemical company. Much of his experience involved the commercialization of new technology. During this period Bob served in a variety of leadership roles, including Lead Engineer, Engineering Technology Manager, Licensing Project Manager, Associate Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering for a technology development and licensing joint venture with a major oil company. Bob has over 10 years of experience as a management consultant using his particular expertise in the development of project management systems for/with clients in petrochemicals, refining, waste management, transportation and government. The methodologies he has developed include the development and management of capital project portfolios, capital project organizational development, program management and project management with the necessary change management best practices built in.
