Prior to joining Endeavor, Glenn was an Equity Partner in the Energy & Resources team at Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) and Legge Farrow in Houston Texas from April 1996 to March 2023 when he retired from HFW. He has forty years of experience as lead counsel in commercial transactions, litigation and arbitration matters involving upstream/downstream energy, construction, trade secrets and insurance disputes. Glenn also advises companies on regulatory issues, risk allocation and insurance coverage for projects in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. He advises clients on emerging areas including cyber exposures, offshore wind and carbon transport and storage in the US Gulf of Mexico. He has collaborated and liaised with federal regulators at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement and the U.S. Coast Guard relative to these evolving industries and exposures. He has made joint venture presentations with BOEM and BSEE for offshore energy conferences concerning emerging areas such as cyber exposures and carbon transport and storage in the US GOM. Over the course of his legal career, Glenn has enjoyed analyzing and addressing evolving industry, legal and regulatory developments while they were “just below the horizon.” His work with ExxonMobil developing Marine Well Containment Company, and his collaboration with various companies to address developments related to cybersecurity, offshore carbon transport/storage and offshore wind projects are among the most rewarding projects of his career.
