Kandice Cole BA, MA

Kandice brings over 15 years of teaching and coaching experience working with educational institutions, universities, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations. After teaching in elementary classrooms for several years, Kandice became an independent consultant and coach, commencing work with the University of Chicago’s Urban Teacher Education Program (UTEP). Her time with UTEP included coaching educators on classroom management and instruction; the development of quarterly symposiums on issues of inclusion; and the development of quarterly programs focused on practitioner wellness. Kandice has a unique approach that provides organizations and teams with a pathway toward clear, creative solutions that will make an optimal impact. Her expertise spans curriculum and program development; project management, workshop facilitation; executive and business coaching; and wellness. Her work with organizations such as Narrative 4, BUILD Initiative, and PowHer Consulting has led to the innovative and sustainable implementation of recommendations that benefit a diverse range of stakeholders. Kandice’s coaching focuses on the pillars of clarity, creativity, and action; and has helped many leaders to strengthen their leadership in sustainable ways. Kandice is an author and Chopra-certified teacher who resides in Greater Houston.
